Editorial Policy

Advice Me publishes practical Bitcoin education for beginners. Our goal is to help readers understand a decision, check its risks and use reliable sources.

Research and sourcing

We prioritize official documentation, fee schedules, terms, government publications and regulator registers. Secondary sources may provide context. Important factual claims should be traceable to a named source. A source link does not imply that its publisher endorses Advice Me.

What we have checked

Documentation research is different from testing a product. Articles should identify any hands-on testing they actually describe. Reviewing instructions does not mean we tested every wallet, exchange, application or reader situation. Fictional worked examples and illustrative figures are labeled as such.

Information that changes

Availability, fees, features and regulations can change. Guides covering these subjects should include a review date and links readers can use to verify current details. An updated date records editorial work; it does not establish that every product was independently tested.

Reviews and comparisons

We state the criteria used, such as country availability, fees, custody and security features. A service is not universally best for every reader. Provider claims, documented features and our explanations should be distinguishable.

Writing assistance and originality

Advice Me uses AI tools to assist research, drafting and editing, including some recently published or revised guides. We do not present that assistance as human authorship or a substitute for first-hand experience. Our editorial standards require source checks, useful explanations and clearly labeled examples. Attributed excerpts remain distinct from original Advice Me commentary; attribution alone does not grant permission to republish someone else’s work.

Financial responsibility

These articles are educational and do not provide individualized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. We do not promise profits, guaranteed returns or risk-free strategies. Readers should consider possible losses before putting money at risk.

Corrections and archive maintenance

Material errors should be corrected and significant changes explained. Older material may be revised or consolidated when several pages repeat the same advice. Where appropriate, an old address redirects to the fuller guide so readers can still find the information.

Commercial relationships

Advertising, affiliate links and sponsorships must be disclosed clearly. They should not determine editorial conclusions.
