Crypto Interest Offers: What to Check Before Depositing

A crypto platform promising frequent interest payments deserves careful scrutiny. A displayed balance or hourly reward does not prove that deposits are safe or that withdrawals will remain available.

Ask where the return comes from

Look for a clear explanation of lending, trading, staking or other activity, along with the risks and fees. Converting Bitcoin into a platform’s own token or an IOU can introduce additional price, custody and redemption risks.

Check the provider

Identify its legal entity, location, customer terms and relevant authorisation. EU supervisory authorities advise consumers to check crypto providers’ authorisation and warn that protections can be limited. Read the official consumer warning.

Read the withdrawal rules

  • Can the provider pause withdrawals?
  • Are there lockups, minimums or variable fees?
  • Who controls the assets while they are deposited?
  • What happens if the business fails?
  • Are rewards paid in a token you can actually redeem?

Do not use referrals as evidence

A referral programme rewards promotion, not independent verification. Screenshots and testimonials can be incomplete or misleading. Never share wallet recovery phrases or pay an unsolicited “unlock” charge.

Correction to the earlier draft

The old CoinDump promotion claimed good hourly returns and included a referral link without sufficient verification. Those claims and the referral link have been removed. This article makes no claim about that platform’s present status and recommends no deposit.

This is general education, not an investment recommendation. Crypto assets and yield arrangements can cause a complete loss.
